I talked to the dealer a few times and asked him about reprogramming some light switches or at least getting him to tell us what the switches control because we find them very confusing (they are the 6 button switches and turn on way too many lights). He also unplugged their ADT system and they couldnt figure out why they werent able to arm their alarm from their phones anymore. They have a wyrestorm hdmi matrix in the basement and they said the dealer told them its going to use a lot of electricity and unplugged everything from it (including all the ethernet cables) instead of just shutting the power off or unplugging the power cable. The dealer came over to the house a few times, but I think its pretty obvious he doesnt know anything about the system. My parents bought a house with a control4 system in it.
